Refund Processing Timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Overview:
Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Refunds are only processed if the returned item matches the original dispatched product. If a different item is returned, a refund will not be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gifted products cannot be returned.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns made after 7 days from delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again, as it might take a few business days for the refund to appear.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as they may have processing times.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at enquiry@gp.sleepingowls.in.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please send photos to enquiry@gp.sleepingowls.in for approval.

Shipping Returns:
To return items, send them to:
Plot-257, Udyog Vihar Industrial Area Phase VI, Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For valuable returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
